In the meantime I found out that I just had to install the
networkmonitor for my ISDN dial up profile. After that everything worked
perfect, even with wincap 2.3,

as tcpdump/windump/ethereal for ethernet cards. Or is it possible
to configure these tools (do I need an additional WinPcap or some
