Tactical field units like the 82nd Airborne make use of wireless networks
that are not necessarily authorized and can likely easily be hacked.  Yes -
I am somewhat off topic.

In my PERSONAL view (having retired from the military after 20 years), I
would not want to be associated with a broadcast unit in a tactical
environment which would provide targetting information.  That it was
encrypted would not matter to an anti-radiation missile.
