There is a product called ultimatecd

you can also find it at freshmeat.net
it's a pretty powerful tool. Should allow you to also change admin
password for w2k3

There are linux bootdisks floating around the 'net that will let you
reset the admin passwd.  You can then login using that account and grant
yourself any rights you want.  Look for ntpasswd on google.
