hmmm...the net command works, but it doesn't really integrate too well
with AD - i.e. it's limited.
dsadd.exe which is actually a utility for w2k3 gives you much more
granularity. It's the new 'net' :)
Not sure if it would work with w2k though - but it would be worth testing.
