Hi,
The request on port 4662 are quite mormal at the moment.
Port 4662 is used by the Edonkey2000/Emule Filesharing network. The emule clients try to find another clients on the
web I think.
You can google if you want to find more.
Don´t be afraid. If you aren´t using emule you don´t have a security risk.

Regards

Evening,

I may just be oversensitive, but is anyone here receiving mass amounts
of connection requests on port 4662?

If not, could someone point me to some documentation of what is
happening?
