Syslog. All cisco devices are syslog aware. In addition, there are
several utilities that you can buy or download for free that will enable
syslog for windows. IE: Kiwisyslog, ntsyslog.
I have provide some links for syslog clients and servers:

Subject: Logging utility
My boss sent me the following question today. It seems like
I have heard about something like this, but I'm drawing a
blank. Has anyone here heard of something like this? And if
so can you point me in the right direction?
Is anyone aware of a product that will aggregate logs from Windows
2000/2003, Cisco routers, PIX firewalls, etc. into one central
location for review?
