I appreciate all the responses. lessing.org might answer what I need, it
seems, after looking at he site. I saw the reviews on amazon, for his
books and look impressive.
Hope to see more recommendations.
Thanks.

Hi All
Can someone suggest a GOOD Cyber Law book?
Thanks in advance.
You were probably looking for something relating to cyber security law,
but, what the hey, you didn't specify.
Larry Lessig (lessig.org), if you haven't heard of him, is pretty much a
visionary when it comes to Internet, digital media, and intellectual
property and culture (as well as other issues like privacy rights and so
forth). He's a Stanford law professor, founder of Creative Commons, the
Stanford Cyberlaw Clinic (I believe he founded it, but I could be
wrong), and so forth.
He's written two books so far (working on a third, I believe). His first
is _Code and Other Laws of Cyberspace_, which is more or less a basic
look at the interplay of law and the Internet, and how we interpret laws
written hundreds of years ago to match new situations. His second, _The
Future of Ideas_, is more of a personal, opinionated (but, in my
opinion, very much on-target) look at where all this is going.
Try either one. Especially the second, as it's somewhat less dry.
Cheers.
