Reference to Best Practice for separation of accounts
From: Russell Gregg <rusty.gregg () aholdusa com>
Date: 4 Oct 2004 14:49:58 -0000

As a best practice I have always segregated day to day operations to one user ID and privileged management to a
separate ID (easily identifiable). Unfortunately I need to find where this was establihed/stated (NIST/OMB/5200?).

Thank you for your time and attention.
