Use Sysinternals utilities filemon and regmon to see what registry
keys and files the program(AutoCad) needs access to. Then set the
appropriate permissions on just those registry keys and files. You may
want to create a new security group for this.

I have users using Quickbooks as restricted users. The Power Users
group gives too
much "power" IMO.
