There are some solutions for your problem.
The easiest is to use some service like gotdns.com which will let you have a
domain name for free, and then at the client side you would install one of
the programs they make available at gotdns.com which automatically updates
the ip address for which the domain should redirect.
So, let's say you get a domain like something.gotdns.com then, you can
access to that domain, and be redirected to the client computer, as long as
he keep the program to update the ip info in gotdns.com.
