I'm assuming you're doing an OS from Microsoft. Check on sysprep.exe on
microsoft.com and apply to your appropriate version of Windows. If your
hardware on the machines is close enough you can create one image, but you
can screw up a machine in a hurry this way. Depending on what you want done
most security settings can be scripted out, windows scripting host or via
.bat files.
