Yes, I saw similar trafic ARP from MSI server. Trafic is not generated from OS but from BIOS and using different MAC 
then physical lan interface.
Why? I do'nt know.

BIOS... probably Network Boot support looking for a DHCP/BOOTP server.
How frequently is this occuring, and is it in line with server reboots
or installation of new servers?
