The only thing that can map network connections to an application on your PC is something installed on your PC. Norton
Firewall should work. You might try deleting all your program control (or whatever norton calls it) entries and then
set it to prompt you when programs try to access the network. Then each time an application does, you'll get a popup
with the port/app/IP. However if the port is TCP, using TCPview will tell you what process is comunicating over that
much quicker. If you are sure this communication is coming from your PC and the process is not showing up, you probably
have a rootkit infection which is preventing you from getting a true listing of processes.
