Security Basics: computer forensics academic programs

Some co-workers disagree:  If you had to say who currently has the 
best computer forensics academic program worldwide (english 
language), who would that be in the context of bachelor's or 
master's or phd or whatever.  Since these things aren't rated in US 
News like med schools are, how to know who the leaders are?
