You might look at Cimcor's CimTrack at www.cimcor.com if you're focusing on
hardening critical servers since they have an auto-restore feature that not
only detects a file change but can restore the original instantly.

I started a project using Tripwire for servers and I am at a lost on what
should be protected in a Solarix (UNIX) and Windows 2003 environments.  What
has been your experience in these environments using Tripwire.
