Personally, I don't think the CCNA is a security cert, nor would it make you stand out. So that one is out.
For some reason SANS is held in a really high regard, but they are expensive. Maybe start with Security+?

I don't know. I don't like certs, and the ones I do have my employer(s) told me I needed and paid for.
