2 questions, qmail+groupware and printer driver for linux?

Hi list,

Instead of posting twice ive decided to ask two questions in one post.
1. As anyone managed to integrate a groupware solution with qmail?
horde offers some of the features, but i do not fancy webmail :(

2. I've been lurking around for a linux printer driver, for the
printer Canon iR 3180C EUR with no success, does someone perhaps know
a working driver for this printer?
