I've used Kaseya with a few customers. I'm beginning to use another
product called PacketTrap MSP. The consulting company I work for plans
to use PT with all our customers. PT looks like it's going to work
better for us, we focus on networking, but you didn't ask about PT so
I won't go any further there.

We've set Kaseya up for two customers and for the most part it's not
being used near to its full potential. It's on autopilot updating
systems, collecting data, generating and emailing reports, allowing
VNC access, etc.

The scripting in Kaseya is well thought of. I've heard friends and
their competitors mention it's an area where Kaseya shines. It was
pretty easy, took less than an hour, to create, test, and deploy a
script which modified Adobe Acrobat/Reader settings on every host.

If you're interested in networking information, netflow etc. you might
look at PT

Hi List,
Can anyone share their experiences using Kaseya (good or bad)? I am evaluating some tools for doing network
monitoring, event correlation, etc.
Thanks!
