Send an email to either ecd () cert org (Ed Dehart) or Cert () Cert Org (the 
team), and ask to have your email address added. They'll be more than 
happy to add you to their distribution list.

Another option is to monitor the usenet group comp.security (?) this 
is a group controlled by CERT, and used exclusively to post their 
bulletins.

Archives of their old bulletins (dating back to 1988) are in the FTP 
area on the CERT.ORG machine.
