crashme (was Re: udp packet storms)

The version of "crashme" I got in Jul 91 doesn't seem to crash a
4.1.3_U1 machine ... the program just takes a bunch of SIGILL and
SIGSEGV, then dumps core.

But, then, maybe I didn't try enough permutations ...
