I am very unhappy :-( to be receiving anything that looks like
credit card numbers, names, and expiration dates.

If this is going to happen, I vote that bugtraq becomes a
moderated list.

Hell no.  I want free and open information, even if it offends me.
The more information that you can have the better.   Perhaps this was
a bit much, but a moderator will only inject his/her personal slant/
paranoia/favorite gripe.  I have seen that happen before, no matter
how unbiased the person claims to be.  

I you feel that it should be moderated, good.  You are entitled to that
opinion.  I however wish for bugtrac to remain unmoderated.  Moderation 
will lead to censorship.  Do I need to draw anymore parallels?
