It is in 3.2, however from the 3.2 changelog:

slakware/n4/pine.tgz: imapd and ipop3d patched to fix a security hole.

3.2 distributions off CDs dated earlier than this should be updated via the
net ASAP.

ChangeLog.txt is supposed to be included on all distributions. It pays to
read it and make sure your archive is up to date before starting installation.
