5.  /usr/etc/cvpcsd

cvpcsd is part of WorkShop debugger suit.  It's present in /etc/inetd.conf



        /usr/lib/WorkShop/cvconnect
        WorkShop 2.6.4, IRIX 6.2

        -rwsr-xr-x    1 root     sys       428664 Jan 17 22:27 cvconnect

        If you run this command without arguments you get

        Memory fault

        (another candidate for buffer overruns?)
