Lotus Notes SMTP deficiency.

This one's just been brought to my attention:

Lotus Notes SMTP server can only apparently see/process 2 MX
records and silently ignores any further entries.

The result is a denial of mail service from Lotus Notes servers if
the first 2 MX records are behind a firewall.
