Re: el8.org advisory - Win 95/98 DoS (RFParalyze.c)

Hello-
        Just to clarify, this original program (whisper) is well over 2
years old. I have original tar file with multi-arch binaries and
instructions for use dating back to mid-1998, and I'm sure this is
not when it was created. Just wanted to inform people that this is
nowhere even remotely new, it has been "In the wild" for well over 2
years.
