Bugtraq: announcement of machine independent stack protection code

This is the announcement of stack protection code, which is known as
propolice. I have put the patch
"http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2000-11/msg00064.html";, which
introduces -fstack-protector option to the latest snapshot of GCC.
