ICQ Bug possibly?

Well recently my ICQ client was crashing everytime i 
read/sent a message to my friend with a special char 
in his name ยง (ALT+0167) and it seems to crash my 
client

so i had to switch to trillian (which is better anyway)

so yeah maybe this is a bug/DoS thing lol
