ZoneAlarm   3.0   UDP   flood   DoS  was  reported  by  Abraham  Lincoln
<sunninja () scientist com>  and  is known since October, 2002. Reaction of
Windows  98  to  any  kind  of  flood is unpredictable. This problem was
discussed on Bugtraq in February, 2000.
