Phorum HTML Injection Vulnerability

Phorum is a web based message board written in PHP. Phorum is designed
with high-availability and visitor ease of use in mind. Features such
as mailing list integration, easy customization and simple installation
make Phorum a powerful add-in to any website.

Phorum is prone to a cross-site scripting vulnerability. The issue is in the module register.php An attacker may
leverage this issue to have arbitrary script code execute in the browser of an unsuspecting user in the context of the
affected site. This may help the attacker steal cookie-based authentication credentials and launch other attacks.
