I like one thing that they told me at my collage: "Once you get out you ARE
going to be obsolete deal with it, we are here to teach you how to learn not
to teach you everything you are going to need in your entire life"

I think that sums up how teaching should be done =)

Someone is waking up. While you can't teach someone how to think. It is
valuable to provide them with the materials and to encourage them to
learn. What's your opinion? Care to share your insight?
