Speaking of RPC

So, when I spent a few minutes poking around in the Sony rootkit, I noticed that it sets up a named pipe. I assume this is remotely reachable over RPC, and that it is probably exploitable. I have no real reason to look into the vulnerability myself, and I'm curious if anyone here has.
