  Well, you are governed by the licence conditions under which you obtained
the software. If you got it under the original licensing terms, those still
apply, since they contain no provisions for assigns or successors nor for
modification of terms at a later date.

  However neither the old nor the new licences permit redistribution without
purchasing a commercial license, so Gadi was right to hold off on mirroring
it; it really doesn't look like we can do that.

  It's just plain wasteful when someone has something that they don't even
want any more but they won't let anyone else have it just out of sheer
meanness.
