I spoke with Nish (co-worker of Hugo's) and it didn't sound like ReCon was
going to happen this year...has anyone heard of anything coming up for '08?

There is also Recon on the Canadian east coast.
However, it's smaller than CansecWest and mostly oriented 
toward Reverse engineering.
