And DER SPIEGEL cannot decide if Ms Koelbl's email messages were of a
journalistic or a private nature.

It's also not clear if Yahoo is hemorrhaging customer mail, or if the
messages were actually intercepted at the minister's terminal. The
latter has been claimed by just one news agency, and it hasn't been
properly sourced.
