Daily backups of email. No archives. Backup is disk to disk (primary backup area) and then to disk again (secondary
backup area). Weekly backups are also written to physical tape. Backups are retained for no more than 30 days.
Faculty/staff quota is 750 mb. Student quota is 250 mb.

Subject: [SECURITY] Questions Regarding Email Retention and Quotas

Can any of you share what your email retention is for -

Backups of Email?

Archives?

Also are backups but to physical tape, virtual tape, or disk to disk?

What is your current email quota limit?

Thanks in advance for your time!
