FW: Firewall Management

For a system like you describe of hundreds of firewalls you are going to
need to use the same sorts of techniques already developed in SCADA
systems for handling power stations. Alarms must be stored in a list to
be handled by a free operator, with alarm acknowledgements and timeouts
for handover to a backup.

I like CARS. But would you trust a request from the Chinese government as
much as a request from the New Zealand one, even if they both have
trusted keys?
