Firewall Wizards: DES/3DES-CBC algorithm implementation

I'm looking for public C implementation of DES/3DES agorithm.  If you can
give a pointer or two, it would be much appreciated. 

Sorry that this may be bit off topic, but this does seem to be the place
with the people with the knowledge in the area, so... =)
