Some products I know of include:
NAT32: http://www.nat32.com
Sygate: http://www.sygate.com
Winroute: http://www.winroute.com
All of these products can be downloaded from the web via their respective sites. I believe all of these products cost a small amount of money. Also, Win98 Second Edition comes with this sort of software built-in.
(A cheaper solution would be to run ipchains on a Linux box, but that's a different thread. ;-)
