Re[2]: New feature for Linux:SYN cookies firewall.

2.2.x has syn cookies, this implementation is just an enhancement.
SYN cookies just protect the Linux box itself, and SYN cookies
firewall can be used to protect other hosts. It is a firewalling
feature. I put a description on the page.
