Actually systems that handle high value transactions commonly place least
privilege has a very high design goal. For example systems that take
advertising in digital format for publication in Print media. Other
examples would be certain types of B2B applications where the owner of the
B2B exchange would not want it's customers to see other customers
information as they may be competitors.
