Firewall Wizards: IBM Enet Firewall 3.22 firewall crash

I am currently having problems, I am running a IBM Enet Firewall3.22 on a
Intel Windows NT4.0 at service pack 5 on a IBM pc, it seem that it will hang
every time when somebody is doing a FTP or Software upgrade like Symantec
live Update. it will either freeze or give me the blue screen of windows. I
have tried installing it another new machine but it still happen, so I guess
it is not a hardware problems. Appreciate if somebody could help me out. p.s
