NOVA credit card services and port 8100
From: Albert Hopkins <ahopkins () dynacare com>

Is anyone familiar with the software that the NOVA credit card service
distributes? Apparently to validate credit cards, etc, it needs access
to port 8100 to a few of their sites. That port is currently blocked by
our firewall. I don't know anything about the software and don't have a
copy of it and I'm just wondering if/what kinds of encryption it uses
and what protocol it uses (port 8100 is not in my /etc/services). Any
help is greatly appreciated.
