A lot depends on how do you handle your ISP. In most cases you need to
create PIM SMs on the routers that are not yours, so MJR's advise may
be the only solution: from the routing perspective just let it pass
through. Otherwise you will have to coordinate with ISP the creation of
RPs. Use of PIM DM is not always possible on WAN
Checkpoint and Netscreen were the best mid-range FW I tested with
mcust; PIX blade is the only one that could handle 1+ Gbps.

For what it's worth, there are plenty of firewalls that "handle"
multicast
by simply letting it zip through. .........
