Guys,

        If you need to scan files over 10MB in real-time I'd recommend the
FG-800 or higher. They chew up 20MB files no problem. Highly recommend the
800, it's a monster.

Correction. I have the FortiGate-200 running v2.50, MR9. It has the
capability to go up to 25 MB per file scanned. However, I do agree on the
performance hit when this is set to anything higher.

Yes,

The AV scanning is limited to 10 MB per file, if a file is greater than
10MB, the performance is dramatically impacted.

Does anyone on the list have any experience with the Fortinet products,
especially the IDS/IPS (and potentially antivirus blocking)?
