I think that it is pretty well understood that the best and brightest have 
gone from FS.  The flagship consutants with recognizable names on published 
books are gone.  The hot-shot tool coders, who count hexidecimal offsets 
without using their finger are gone...

FS was described as a company made-up of lawers/techies.  A lot like Deloitte 
or E&Y practices...  Looks like there was some severe culture-clash over 
there, from all that I can gather.  There has been a steady tech-exodus, 
peaking about a year ago or so.
