But by ATF standards, the Windows operating system and keyboard would not need to be installed on the computer - simply possessing both components would be enough to bust you. Of course if you are running Windows 3.11 and you lawfully possessed it prior to 1995 you would be grandfathered...


If you wanted to take the ATF's approach, it's not just having a
keyboard that is breaking the law, it's the combination of having a
keyboard AND the Windows operating system installed....
