can it disable plugins ? - that u do it ie can disable activex and prompt to run plugins so that how i set it must be 
something equivalent in mozilla?

Browser (e.g. Mozilla) can stop advertisement by "block graphics" from this 
server. But what do you do against those anoying flash ads?
