Full Disclosure: New MS scanner for MS03-39

I was wrong in what I posted earlier.  I wasn't paying attention and ran
the older scanner without realizing it.  I'm running the new scanner
now, and here's the results from a patched machine:

patched with KB824146 and KB823980
