Full Disclosure: jpg problem is the o'l hourse and cart problem

You heard it before, don't put the cart before the horse. Isn't fixing
windows only a short term but the jpg is the long term fix. Will they not
correct the program code for future problems? Are others scrambling to look
at other graphic formats?
