T-Moble still vulnerable, 1 year after being hacked

Jack Koziol's blog over at InfoSec Institute shows that T-Mobile's website is still vulnerable. Even though he hasn't 
exploited the security holes, it looks like there are still several problems related to the authentication process that 
was hacked last year:
